Buckeyes Finish 11th at 2013 National Championships

The Buckeyes have returned from California as the 11th best team in the nation!

CWPA Club Nationals - This Weekend - WATCH LIVE!

Hey Buckeye fans, want to watch the OSU Club Water Polo team’s first Nationals appearance but can’t fly out to San Diego this weekend???

Have no fear! The CWPA is streaming the entire National Championship Tournament live on the internet, AND they’re even going to have a professional announcer for this tournament with 3 camera angles for each game (unlike the divisional games).

The CWPA will be providing live video broadcasts (Internet streams) of every water polo game at Nationals this weekend, November 8-10. Unlike regular season video streams, we will have 3 high definition cameras and a professional announcer. The cost is $10 per game, or $25 for the entire tournament. Buckeyes Headed to NATIONALS: Division Champions!

The Buckeyes competed in the CWPA Great Lakes Division’s Championship Tournament this past weekend. Coming in with the first seed, the Buckeyes beat Loyola Chicago and then bested the defending champs, University of Illinois-Chicago, on Saturday. Sunday’s championship game against Notre Dame proved to be a tough battle; the score was tied 5-5 at the end of the 3rd quarter. The Buckeyes played shut down defense during the final quarter of the game to win the championship 8-5 over Notre Dame.

The Buckeyes will head to UC San Diego for NATIONALS Nov. 8-11.
